The Iconic Sports Award is a national initiative by the Iconic Sports Federation to honour exceptional contributions in Indian sports. This award celebrates extraordinary athletes, dedicated coaches (Sports Gurus), and organizations actively promoting sports across the country.
Every recognized National Federation and State Association is invited to nominate their top performers. The awards aim to build a strong culture of recognition and motivation in the Indian sporting ecosystem.
Best Athlete Award – For 1–2 outstanding athletes nominated by each Federation or Association, based on national/international achievements.
Sports Guru Award – One coach or mentor per Federation/Association who has made a significant impact in training and talent development.
Best Sports Promoting Organization – Recognizing clubs, academies, NGOs, or institutions making significant contributions to sports growth.

Submissions should include performance data and a short profile.
Selection will be done by a jury of experts from various domains of Indian sports.
A jury panel comprising former athletes, coaches, sports administrators, and industry experts will evaluate nominees based on:
Performance merit
Long-term contribution
Social impact
Federation endorsement
